@MrsBee2B:   I’m curious what makes you feel you aren’t BHLDN material?

I love that dress. My wedding dress is Tadashi also. Personally I don’t think you can find such special details for the pricepoint in very many other designers.

I love BHLDN. Their dresses are gorgeous. I check their site regularly.

You may not be able to pull off that particular dress, but I’m sure they have dresses that you would look great in; they have so many different styles.

I live near a BHLDN so I went there when dress shopping. Gorgeous dresses but most of them really do require a certain kind of body to pull off.

Even the ones that looked good on my (hourglassish/maybe-pear) figure (like the Omelia) felt a bit like nightgowns to me, light/unstructured and lycra-like. That can be a great thing, particularly if you’re getting married out of doors or in the summer. But I certainly didn’t think it felt like $2200 worth of dress!

Hmmm I love that. I wish it came in another color. Still, if my replica dress is a disaster, that might be my dress. I am short and a little chubby, so it would require some spanx, but they say it runs big…

@MrsBee2B:   Not to keep bringing up Tadashi but he does dresses in up to size 24.  His webshop doesn’t have the same inventory as the stores and when I bought my dress I know the sales assistant said dresses can be special orderd for a 10% fee so it might be worth a call if you see a dress style you like that isn’t listed in your size.  His dresses are so crazy flatering.  He often dresses plus sized celebrities on the red carpet.  I first heard of him because he dressed Octavia Spencer when she won her oscar.

I have no idea what it stands for lol but its a store that sells wedding dresses, shoes, bm dresses, jewelry etc. Wedding related things basically .

I stalk them for the sales lol. I bought some d’orsays for my.court wedding and although I didn’t get to wear then I loved them but my dog ate them 🙁 . My.favorite dresses are the Luella and Onyx *swoon*

@atreyu547:  I always think of it as “beholden”, which doesn’t really make sense for wedding stuffs.

@futuremrsk18:  It’s an Urban Outfitters spinoff for weddings.
