Our space is very much a work in progress, as you can see. We've also decided to repaint it and we are thinking about some sort of shade of grey. The things sticking out of the wall around the TV are the wires for our surround sound and we are currently having build-ins being built to go around the fireplace. We also need to still find all the furniture for the room because the current sofa isn't staying.

We still couldn't afford art so one valentine's day FI and I made our own art here it is!

I have know done my own paintings in the dining room too!
Here is our living room...favorites are the saltwater aquarium and dual recliner loveseat. We love it!

We've since moved out of this apartment and the repaint was not fun...last time I paint a rental, I've learned my lesson! We also never used the fireplace behind the TV (who needs a fireplace in Northern FL?!) and we didn't like how the coffee table took up so much space in the center of the room so we pushed it up against the wall! I just LOVE the green!
