I personally like the first dress better but it's your reception! The sparkly shoes are adorable though!

Personally, I liked the first dress better. But both pairs of shoes are beautiful! But like MissAsB said, it's your reception - you should go with what you like and are comfortable in!
I think the new dress is 100x better than the old....but I'm not crazy about the bubble hem in the center. It almost looks like the dress got tucked or caught in your underwear or something (but maybe its just th epicture but I love everything else about it) I guess if I bought it, I would either try to make the whole dress have the bubble hem or try to let out than inverted hem?
oh my gosh! I re-read my comment....I didn't mean to come off as rude or a jerk!! I think the 2nd dress is really fun - I just wouldn't be able to rock it bc of that center hem and thinking it was stuck on something - that's why I would fix it. Wouldn't work for me...but hopefully it works for you!
Ooooh, are these your Nine West shoes?! I just picked these up at Marshall's (owned by TJ Maxx!) the other day... and I can't find them online anywhere! I love them!

Thanks for the feedback! I do still like the first dress but I am a dancer and want to get down haha the shoes are wayyyyy more comfortable then the Jimmy choos-- a little bit of me died inside when I had to sell them!
Oh and I didn't think you sounded like a jerk at all! It's actually a pick-up not really like a bubble... it doesn't poof out or anything like that-- we too didn't LOVE that and might try to adjust! The top half is gorgeous and sooooo flattering!

Okay Bees.. I'm a gemini in EVERY sense of the word! I change my mind, a lot, and rushed into buying a reception dress back at the end of last summer. See picture below... well I am now thinking I really want to be able to dance... I mean I am a hip hop dance teacher so that's a given. I picked this little beauty up at the BCBG outlet this past weekend! It's sexy, saucey and I can def move in it-- so comfortable! Pic below..
Now for the shoes... I had gorgeous Jimmy Choo Gale slingbacks that were stunning but not made for those with a wide foot-- I decided to go with comfort rather than my Carrie Bradshaw side and sold them to a fellow bee sister so I was on the hunt for new kicks when I found these fun ones at TJ Maxx! My actual shoes are silver sparkle rather than the multi color and so comfortable! They're Nine West.
Thoughts?! Did I make the right change?
