Ahh..the upgrade is a 100% improvement. I love it! It's so realistic, it looks like it's about to fly right off of your back!
The new tat looks much better! Just remember to wear sunscreen on your wedding day so it doesn't fade. ;)
Congrats on the upgrade! I am in the SAME boat. my fiance is a tattoo artist and I have a tattoo on my shoulder from when I had just turned 18. I hate it and have been getting it lasered a few times now. NOOOW we are to the point where I just need to get it covered before the wedding.
wow, what an upgrade!! i think it was a wise decision. its beautiful, congrats!!
Sweet! Definitely an upgrade! Your artist did a beautiful job on the color!
Amazing cover-up! Buy some SPF 40 to keep that thing vibrant!
Oh yes. I will sunscreen myself to death on my wedding day - especially since it's an outdoor wedding and, if you can't tell from the pics, I am super pale! I need it anyway!!
If anyone in Cincinnati needs a good tattoo, Dot at Dana's in Northside did that one!
I'm totally impressed. The original drawing didn't have any color. I just told her what colors I liked; she grabbed a bunch of ink and totally surprised me with how she worked them in. It's all my favorite colors!
wow, stunning! much better, i'm thinking of getting one to comemorate our wedding:)
I'm glad you had the opportunity to get the new one before the big day! Now you can be totally confident, because it's a beautiful piece
that first one was horrible. good thing I scrolled down to see what was going on, I was about to say, you got THAT for your wedding. No on to good stuff.
THE BUTTERFLY is gorgeous. I love butterflies also and it's very very pretty. Little big but pretty. it's really nice. ..

Not like I had the money at the moment....but I hated the old tattoo and I wanted to wear my hair up for my wedding. No way was it going to be in my wedding photos!
I'm very thrilled with the upgrade!! I love butterflies and she used all my favorite colors! It took a little over 2 hours. By the end all the endorphins had worn off and I was whimpering while FI held my hand and showed me pictures of monkeys to distract me. (Don't ask.)
Since someone will ask...the old tat was actually a perfume ad in a magazine years ago. It featured a rainbow-colored ink blot looking butterfly. It was beautiful. As a tattoo....not so much.
