Not like I had the money at the moment….but I hated the old tattoo and I wanted to wear my hair up for my wedding. No way was it going to be in my wedding photos!
I’m very thrilled with the upgrade!! I love butterflies and she used all my favorite colors! It took a little over 2 hours. By the end all the endorphins had worn off and I was whimpering while Fiance held my hand and showed me pictures of monkeys to distract me. (Don’t ask.)
Since someone will ask…the old tat was actually a perfume ad in a magazine years ago. It featured a rainbow-colored ink blot looking butterfly. It was beautiful. As a tattoo….not so much.

Ahh..the upgrade is a 100% improvement. I love it! It’s so realistic, it looks like it’s about to fly right off of your back!

The new tat looks much better! Just remember to wear sunscreen on your wedding day so it doesn’t fade. 😉

Congrats on the upgrade! I am in the SAME boat. my fiance is a tattoo artist and I have a tattoo on my shoulder from when I had just turned 18. I hate it and have been getting it lasered a few times now. NOOOW we are to the point where I just need to get it covered before the wedding.
