ok good. I was going through this board and no one is really on here. Is it like that all the time for the AA board?

Nice to meet you, Kya! Welcome to the boards. I second happilywaiting -- the people are are really nice and great at answering questions.
I think the boards are quite active overall but I haven't seen a whole lot of steady activity on the AA board so far. It usually comes and goes. Maybe we can find a way to solicit more participation from other AA members?

Welcome! I'm glad you reached out. I agree with honeypants re: board activity. I'm not sure if this calls for a Hive Hostess in this neck of the boards. Actually I'm about to post a question.

I agree completely--our AA board could definitely use a little more activity! We really should find a way to get more Bees posting because I know we're out there and could have so much to give to this board. 
I think a Hive Hostess sounds like a great idea, if that's an option. But if not, it might just be up to us as Bees, because a lack of posts simply comes from a lack of posts (although the reason may be yet to be determined).
I'm pretty new to the world of blogs, but does anyone else know what other blogs/boards do to encourage and increase activity?

Hi Ladies,
Just wanted to introduce myself and say hello to everyone on the board tonight. I am a bride to be in Charlotte NC. My wedding is September 27, 2009. I am on another board and thought that I would venture out to other boards that are just as active. Due to my work schedule a lot of the bride to be's on the other site chat during "NORMAL" working people hours. I work the odd hours so it is nice to chat wtih people who also chat at night like myself. I am still planning my wedding and always looking for new and fun ideas. So I hope that I can get plenty of help here. Thanks a lot.....
