Not positive yet. The test line needs to be as dark as or darker than the control line.

It’s hard to tell with the lighting in the pic, but it is when the test line is DARKER than the control line. Not “about/almost/ kinda the same” I would be getting ready to BD though and test twice a day. Make sure you are not using first morning urine because it’s not an accurate representation of your hormone levels since usually they are from the day before. If you’re like me though and get up in the early early morning to pee and go back to bed you should be fine by the time you get up for the day.

Also our LH can jump all over the place before, so it’s not going to always be a gradual progression of the line getting darker and darker before Ovulation

I’m still new to this process as well, but I thought you couldn’t rely on comparing the stripes after so long? I was advised to take a picture at 5 minutes past, and then compare the photos. Anything after 5 minutes is notfully accurate. Anyone confirm this?

redeeminglove :  Not yet but close! I would deff start BDing if you haven’t already. And yes take one later this evening and twice a day until you get a definite positive (test line must be the same or darker than the control line). I always get two days of +s and ovulate on the second day. Everyone is different.

russley :  I agree with that. Tests can dry funky sometimes so you should really only go based off how it looks at the 5min mark. Taking a photo and comparing that way is what I did as well.
