Try “EDIT”ing the post and adding the photos in through the comment section using the little “tree” icon. It resizes the photos better so that we can give you our opinions :o)

It looks like you have a French bustle…I’m guessing seven points?

Honestly, I think that it’s the prettiest one you could have gotten. The bustle looks more like draping than pickups, and it flows nicely with the rest of the dress.

French bustles have some perks over American overbustles. The French points are much sturdier and will stay better during the course of the reception. Plus, if you had gotten an American bustle, they would have had to hide buttons and loops on the top of the skirt, instead of sewing the rigging on the inside.

Your dress is absolutely gorgeous, with or without the bustle!! Wear it with pride. 🙂

I love love love La Sposa dresses, I tried on a few that I loved, but just fell for my Watters even harder.

Anywho, I think the bustle looks great, and the dress is very flattering on you!

First of all your dress is beautiful!

Second of all I totally get what you are talking about with the bustle. I have never seen one that is two levels like yours.. i feel like it is adding bulk in the back. I would just have one layer of the french bustle then there wouldn’t be so many poofs. I don’t know if that makes sense or not… I hope so!

I think it looks great.  You’re booty is rockin that dress.  I’m not sure what could be done different about the bustle but I think it looks fine as it is.
