Was JUST thinking about creating my own wedding-in-progress website and came across this while searching for DIY ideas...hello everyone!

I'm thinking of making my own Save The Dates  and official invites but having a hard time finding a site to get good price and quality card stocks/envelopes...does anyone have any recommendations?

Hello and welcome! I'm fairly new too :)

I got my paper from Anchor paper and was totally happy with the quality of paper and the fantastic customer service. Just email the guy (his name is Tom) and he'll help you figure out what you need. :)

    Good luck!

http://paperandmore.com/ lets you get samples and has excellent customer service.

If you live near a Paper Source store the quality of paper is excellent, but they can be kind of expensive.

    http://www.paper-source.com/

http://www.envelopperinc.com/mm5/merchant.mvc is another that I have bookmarked, but I have not bought anything from them.

    Hi! Welcome to the hive!

Kate6214 has it covered for online sources, but I also wanted to say check out your local craft store! I just got 120 pages of cardstock for $9.99 using my 50% off coupon at Michaels :)

There are deals out there! Good luck tracking them down!

    Welcome to the hive!

I'm not a DIY'er, but I do appreciate handmade & personal items, so I actually got our STDs through Pink Lily Press (pinklilypress.com). I found her through Etsy. She had an amazingly quick turnaround, very personal service, and we loved her designs.

Welcome!!  I'm new to weddingbee as well, although from just browsing around it seems like there's a TON of resources and helpful information here!  As one bee already said, aside from online sources, local stores are a great place to start-- from looking at various cardstock to stamps and ribbons and other embellishments!  I'm a fan of Hobby Lobby (not sure if they exist outside of the midwest), which is similar to Michael's.

And since it's kind of post related... How do you get Michales discount coupons? I'm really new to all of American stores LOL

Weddingbee is like no other site. the bees on her are fantastic. They are sweet and supportive and have so many great ideas that you can get lost in.

    Welcome!
