Ah that’s cool! They look great even if it’s not quite how you wanted it <3

Mine are a bit shameful so I won’t post a picture ^^; but they’re turquiose paint with silver glitter on 🙂

@RenoSweeney24:  Haha I love french manicures and squared looks good on you! I’m too poor for manicures so it’s easier for me to just round mine down T.T I only just got into looking after my nails as well, partly thanks to you ladies and also partly because there’s this guy at work and his nails are always stunning, I was jealous lol

@RenoSweeney24: Cute nails!! I love to get my own nails to grow out enough where I can get them french manicured. Looks great and so much more natural. I have paper thin nails so I have to at least keep them painted or they’ll break, which is why I currently have short nails with some bright tangerine-y paint on them. I will suck it up and get the fake ones if I have a wedding or otherwise formal occasion and my nails have recently broken off. I also have tiny hands so when my nails aren’t long they look like little kid hands.

the SO gave me a gift card to my favorite nail salon for my birthday. I think I’ll save it for when the wait is over, that way I’m guaranteed to have the funds to get my nails done immediately!

@MaidMarian:  I wish I could get them done professionally all the time but it gets so pricey–even with my natural nails. SO complains all the time because I paint my own nails like 3x a week, usually when he’s trying to sleep and I want to do them in bed with my light on. Little does he know its because I don’t want to be caught with a shiny diamond on naked, chewed up nails!

Looks great! My nails are sort of rounded squares because whenever I have them sharp like that, I scratch myself and/or my eyes when putting in contacts.  Don’t the gems catch on your hair/towels etc?

@MissRuthie:  That’s pretty funny XD like you’re addicted to nail varnish and need your night time fix :3

Maybe it’s sort of a good thing that my proposal is like a year away at best, I’m not sure I have the energy to maintain nice nails, I’ll have to work myself up to it XD

Very cute nails!

One of my friends and I were just at the mall, and we stopped by the mani/pedi place. I didn’t get anything done today, but I wanted to look at all of their polish to get an idea of what I might choose in the next month or 2. Wink Friend suggested french tips, but i’m not sure. A part of me wonders if I should just do my own manicure; it’d be much cheaper. Decisions, decisions.

@RenoSweeney24:  the nail person has them! shes obsessed with add ons! she recommended them! this is just a 7 day polish though so not sure how durable the crystals would be on gel or a 3 week manicure! She does a whole manicure with swarowski crystals! too expensive though! I would love to get the ring finger done like that though!
