you have to buy a points calculator or use the online tools to find points.... no more slider :) i would recommend going to a few meetings just to get the hang of things.

I have the old points calculator! I'm guessing they have a new one now though? I think that may be the best since I can't seem to get it by just reading blurbs here and there.
@stbMohror: yea theres a brand new one... i think its like 6 dollars :) they now count carbs, fiber, fat and protein when calculating points so its a bit different.... all fruits and most veggies are zero points :) i like it so far
@stephanie63087 I will have to get that! I did hear that about the fruits and veggies, that's awesome :) It makes me more interested in picking it back up again.

I was thinking about starting WW again, I know how to do the old program and I used to do it without going to the meetings. I've been reading on here and other sites about the new plan. I still haven't figured out how to calculate the points? Can anyone help me with this?! I know most fruit and veggies are free, but that's about all so far lol. I guess I'm just confused :)
