Weddingbee boards

Big hello to the Bee community.

I will admit to being a bit of a hive stalker for the past few months, searching and scaning the site for insperation and ideas for my own wedding in may next year (boy its coming up quick).

The theme for our wedding is a take on Bram Stockers Dracula (novel and film), geekery (I'm marrying one) metal gamer DIY lol. Im all about us, its OUR wedding not mine so I need to include elements of both our loves. We both enjoy reading so books will play a huge part, I enjoy games but he LOVES them and we both enjoy computers etc he's a network admin for a hotel training school. Music wise we both are into metal and goth/ethral/cello metal.

Im a huge DIYer, always doing my own invites for every occasion, party decs you name it if i can DIY it for cheap I will.

We are big on upcycling too, we have cleared the bush next door for the ceremony and will be doing it up in an redo of english style garden twisted with upcyled goth medernism if that makes sense at all lol.

Ive been searching and searching for inspiration reagrding circuit boards and ram sticks that I can include in the decor along with over sized paper roses, Lace draping, vinatge books and metal accents, but have seen minimal in regards to gothic, metal and geek culture, but not much here regarding the ulternative. As beautiful as it all is I need more inspiration and help to put this all together in way that is tastful.

So enough browsing I said, Im going to add a bit of us to this site, maybe inspire a few and also get some much needed advice on everything Im doing from like minded people (wedding minded that is).
