Hey ladies! So my FH propsed a few weeks ago with this sparkly, cushion cut, halo e-ring… I’m just not sure what I should do about a wedding band. The ring is curved and has really pretty detailing on the sides, so I’m not sure what to do. I really like the idea of an insert or wrap since it will add even more sparkle, but I don’t really want to spend a lot of money if it has to be custom made. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! 🙂
Sorry the pictures are a little blurry, took them with my phone…

Congrats on the engagement and I love your ring! I think a simple eternity band (or partial eternity, not sure what you call it, lol) would compliment the band of your engagement ring quite nicely. They’re not super expensive since the diamonds are so small, you can even find some on Overstock or Amazon!

Thanks Kirabee! Do you think an eternity band will look okay if it’s not flush against my e-ring since it’s curved on the sides? Or should I try and find a contoured band?

Your ring is very similar to mine! I ended up going with an eternity band of sorts. it actually has three thin rows instead of one. It doesn’t fit exactly either but I still really like it. The nice thing is that if I ever don’t want to wear my e-ring (We play a lot of tennis and I worry about the side stones) The wedding band looks great on it’s own. I was in the same boat as far as considering a custom band but it just wasn’t in the budget for us. My main suggestion would just be to go to a jewelers and see what you like. I’d suggest the jeweler your actual ring is from since if there isn’t an exact match they tend to be more willing to help you find something else. Good luck! and congrats!!
