    I put yes, but that’s because it wasn’t an option to say Yes, depending on the source. I’m not as concerned about the subject as I am about the comapany putting the info out there. That said, I work for a newspaper so I’m biased.

    I tend to assume, to the best that I can, that people are innocent until proven guilty.  My dad has his own practice doing mainly defense (law) and I have had my own experiences that have taught me about the shadiness of the legal system.  But, I think it depends on the story/ situation and the source.
