I am not from Niagara-on-the-Lake (not even from Canada!), I'm from Buffalo. I am not getting maried there or anything, but I love it there and can only imagine that a wedding there would be gorgeous! (Actually I am working on a plan with my sister to go wine tasting there soon, and take her to the Angel Inn, she has never been to Nigara-on-the-Lake).
So sorry to intrude, I just had to voice my love for Niagra-on-the-Lake!
You've got another NOTL lover here. We lived in Buffalo for a while and we went there a couple times during the icewine festival. What a lovely place. Congrats!
I got married in NOTL! We eloped. so out actual ceremony was just the 2 of us, and we did it on the steps of a theatre
but we stayed at the Prince of Wales hotel, and it was just the MOST beautiful place for weddings! If we'd actually had guests, we would have totally done it there. Here's their website http://www.vintage-hotels.com/default.aspx and they have their own wedding planner, her name is Stephanie (she's on facebok under Vintage Hotels)
I didn't but I have a lot of friends who did. I'm trying to remember the venues... 20 Bench I believe... and Peninsula Ridge.
On a side note, did you want me to move this to the Toronto boards to get more local traffic?
