Nicole Miller dresses — how would you rate the quality?

I tried on both Poppy and Dakota (similar silhouette, but not in lace). I thought both dresses were high-quality. The materials felt good on my skin, and I know they weren’t polyester-based. The low prices are, I think, because of the general simplicity of design. I think they have less structure (boning and so forth) than other lines, so that may be why it felt lighter or cheaper.

I’m wearing a Nicole Miller, and I’m pretty happy with the quality. That said, lots of Nicole Miller dresses (mine included) don’t have boning or much internal structure, so they’re a bit different from the typical wedding dress. The Poppy looks a bit more “standard” though, in the sense that it probably does have some structure?

I did have to make some adjustments to they boob cups that came with the dress, which were sort of poorly designed so that when I adjusted the dress for a tighter fit, the seams of the cups showed through the fabric. My tailor ended up removing the built-in cups and sewing in new ones.

My dress is crepe de chine and lace, and both fabrics are great quality. I’m happy.

I tried on the Poppy as well… it was a close second to the dress I picked. I thought it was very nice quality, and very very comfortable. I loved the “coral pattern” lace, and I think it has a bit more structure than other Nicole Miller dresses, so it’s figure flattering but still comfy.
