So as i’m having a Destination Wedding we’ve invited everyone to hang out the night before the wedding and have a bbq at this cottage we’re renting…
I was going to get a veriaty of nice grilling things for everyone but would love to do something a bit more interesting for sides.
I though we’d have a selection of meats to bbq and then people could also choose from…. well my one idea that i love in thick strips of red pepper on the grill with melted brie.. ummm I love making this, so easy and yummy! But what else?
I’m open to any ideas and would love to hear them. 🙂

If it’s the night before your wedding how crazy do you want to get? I would stay as simple as possible and just get some pre-prepared veggie kabobs for the grill and salads.

There are a lot of delicious recipes out there for grilled corn on the cob with things like parmesan cheese or chili lime butter, etc. If you can get maui onions or another kind of sweet onion, they are really good marinated in soy sauce, white wine, and ginger and then grilled.

Mexican grilled corn seems to be a big trend right now. I’ve been seeing food carts all over the city and a lot of cooking segments devoted to this on TV.
