@FlutterbyBee: Yep, you had a bad dream. It has nothing to do with reality, just the subconscious fears you have which are very normal. Don't make your FI pay for what occurred in a dream. Believe him when he reassures you. You're just afraid of losing a great thing and you'll probably have plenty more bad dreams. I get them all the time and my FI has never done anything to cause me to doubt him. I'm just afraid of being hurt again so it comes out in my dreams.
I've had a similar dream. Like you, I have no trust issues with my FI. So rest assure, you aren't the only one.
Take care :)

Okay, so I had this terrible nightmare last night/this morning. I dreamed I was over at my Mom and Dad's house working on this project we've been working on for 5+ years. I get a call from my FI, who starts talking about how he doesn't like the fact that he can't go out to lunch or dinner or anything with anybody else. I asked him flat out if he went out on a date with someone else. He skirted the question. I asked him again, and he skirted it again. I asked him a third time, and he started mumbling something about wanting to be able to go out with other people. I said, "Does this mean you're breaking up with me?" He said yes, and told me not to come home that night. I was to stay at my parent's house. I told him to put all of my stuff to the side, and I would pick it up later. He ended the conversation with, "I love you," like he always does, and I remember spitting with venom, "No you don't...don't even say that."
I walked into the livingroom where Mom and Dad were, bawling. My parents knew exactly what had happened. I asked how, and Dad said that he talked to FMIL that morning and she told him. He said that they didn't think we were taking things seriously with regards to the house we're moving into soon - something about insurance. FMIL told Dad that FFIL had been pressuring him to end it.
The next thoughts that ran thorugh my mind were, "I have to sell my wedding dress..." and...here it comes..."I've got to get on WeddingBee - the bees aren't going to believe this!!"
I woke up and FI happened to be up. We talked abou it and he said, "Honey, I will never leave you. I have no desire to break up, and I am so looking forward to marrying you." :)
