i just started using mine last week. i did one of the 30-min beginner "get lean" workouts and my legs were sore for days! i was actually out of breath for a bit and had to stop for breaks. who knew an app would be so tough. but i like it and am looking forward to my next workout!
wow that's really neat! what kind of work outs are they? is it an audio track telling you a series of exercise moves to do or actual videos?
I posted about this a couple weeks ago. I love it! It's now my weight training routine and I run for cardio. I feel like I've made some great fitness strides since starting it!
@dolphindoll: there's an audio track telling you what move to do and some tips and time updates but it's just a static image of the move. however, there is a list of every move for each workout that you can flip through and watch a video demonstration of. and if you don't know what to do in the middle of the workout, you can pause it and watch a video demo. it's great.

@tea thanks for the explanation! I will definitely have to give this a try!
It is great! My legs were still sore on Thursday after I worked out on Monday!
I has 45 minute workouts, 30 minute workouts and then also 15 minute target area workouts! I did a 15 minute arm tone after my run on Thursday, awesome!
I JUST got this app and was about to post a review of it on here when I saw this thread! I tried it out last night. I did the easiest workout I could find. 30 minute cardio work. At one point I was moving to the floor for some ab work and half-way down I FELL because my leg muscles didn't want to work anymore! I have NEVER felt like that in a workout. Yet the drills are staggered in a way that you can totally get through it. I could barely do the butt lifts 10 minutes in. I must be way more out of shape than I thought. :/
HIGHLY recommend!!
@MissHoneyBun: I did the same thing! My legs were like Jelly! I was silly and started out with a 45 minute tone workout - BAD idea!
I did a 15 minute quick ab burn this morning after SPIN - WOW!

Ok, so yesterday I downloaded the Nike Training ap on my iphone and instead of my usual 45 minutes on the spin bike at home I tried out a 45 minute beginner "Get Toned" workout - (Shape and Sculpt for those playing at home) and it absolutely kicked my ass!!!
I was sweating like a trooper and legs were like jelly by the end! I just did it at home with no equipment! Amazing!
It talks to you "push through" "dig deep" "30 seconds to go" etc and you change exercises and work through a circuit.
BEST of all - it was FREE!!! I just went into the Ap store and it is number 5 in the top free aps, i know why!
