I would try to call once more or contact someone you know in common. If no response I would move on from it.
Honestly I feel you have done enough tracking them down. If this is causing a lot of stress I would just let it go. If it's like water off a ducks back to you, then keep pushing.
You don't have a lot of options, unfortunately. If you don't now anyone that may know them - all you can do is email or call. I'd give it one or two more tries before giving up completely.

I have a few guests who have moved since I sent out save the dates. I CANNOT get in touch with them to get their new addresses for invitations. A couple of them are/were in college, so I know they're not getting mail forwarded. What do I do? I've sent emails and left voicemails - do I keep pushing up until my cutoff date? I have the bad feeling they just don't want to come and so aren't replying.
