- Wedding: July 2012
We have decided not to have children at the outdoor ceremony, but they are allowed at the reception immediately following at a seperate location. We have decided to do this to make sure the most important moment of the day is not interrupted. We are making an exception for newborns (will have 3 friends with babies under 1 month old) in which we will individually let them know they are an exception.
I need verbiage for the invites and wedding website to make it clear for guests. Please provide me any feedback.
“Due to the intimate nature of this event seating is limited to adults only (13+ years of age acceptable). Child care during the ceremony will be provided for those in need from 4:30 – 6:30pm. Reception open to all ages.”
