Need to get feedback from everyone… We will only have one envelope for our invitations and I’m searching for the proper way to handle addressing the envelope. We are inviting children, so is the correct way to have it read “and Family” on the second line or do you list each child’s name individually beginning with the oldest??

I don’t think it is necessary to list all of their names. I would either do it like Vanessa Anderson and Family or The Anderson Family. Something like that.

We did “the Blah-Blah Family” for ours. I don’t think I’d list all the names on the mailing envelope, but you could also put the parents’ names and then add “and Family,” too, depending on how formal the invites are.

You can do it either way. Listing it as “Mr & Mrs Jack Smith and Family” should get the message across as to who is invited.
