We didn't have one for our ceremony, but it was a tiny ceremony (twelve guests). Can the venue give you any advice on how it has worked with larger events in the past?

Has anyone been to a wedding where there was no microphone during the ceremony?? Could you hear everything alright? The acoustics for our venue space are awesome but I'm worried with 185 people in it, the sound might not travel as far and people in the back won't be able to hear. I'm interested to see if anyone has an opinion on this and whether I should try to rent a microphone and amp somewhere!!
Thanks Hive!
