Ive had random bouts of nausea, but it only lasts 10 minutes or so.
I'm only 7w5d though, so it could definitely still happen...
I think I've had indigestion more than actual nausea. And even that has only been mild.
@Navy_Wife: have you been to the doctor at all yet? I don't go until 7w2d for my first appointment and it's a "nurse only" appointment. So I won't get to see the actual doctor until 10 weeks.
Some women don't really have it. I recently asked my mother if she ever did, and her response was "Um.....I think I may have had it once."
I am 28 weeks and never had any morning sickness at all! My mom said she was the same way when she was pregnant with me and my brother.
I had morning sickness once and it was the first day of my second trimester. I wouldn't be worried at all - there are plenty of other ailments I'm sure you'll get! (J/K!!)
I didn't have morning sickness until week 6 or 7. I know some women who never have it. I would enjoy these moments where you feel good. lol
I only had it a few times. Some woman dont get it at all.. Thats good! Im glad your still feeling good!!
I have several friends that never had it and my mom didn't either. I felt just fine till 8 weeks then it came on strong and lasted till 15 weeks. I lost 15 lb and threw up probably 10-15x daily, up all night too. It was so awful, I only could eat a little soup, sometimes toast, certain fruits. I hope you are lucky and don't get it at all.
I never got sick. I am now 33/34 weeks with a totally healthy pregnancy. And all the old wives tales were wrong...because it was a girl even though everyone said it would be a boy because I wasn't getting sick :-)
I remember feeling a little worried at first that i wasn't sick. I almost wanted there to be "something" that was reassuing me that I was still pregnant. I understand
I never had morning sickness..I remember getting nauseas a handful of times (Japanese food) and I had to quit eating..but other then that it was a smooth pregnancy. Don't worry yourself too much, sit back and enjoy :)
@sunny-day73: I had my first appointment a few weeks ago, I'll never see a "doctor" though, lol, I'm using a midwife. But my first ultrasound isn't until 9w5d
@Navy_Wife: I guess i should've included midwife also :p We don't have too many midwives around here so it's not an option that I think about. I'm from a small small SMALL town so it's pretty much hospital births for the most part around here.
I never had morning sickness. I had one day of nausea that was pretty much because I took some multivitamins that didn't agree with my stomach when I was about 6 weeks.
I'm 6 weeks and 2 days today and havent thrown up at all. I have felt queasy on occasion but never thrown up. But I do have other symtoms such as sore boobs, fatigue, bitter taste in my mouth, cramps.. I saw my OB yesterday and so far everything seems fine, just waiting for all my test results to come back.
24 weeks and haven't got sick - there were a few weeks in the beginning where I had food aversions (specifically hot/cooked vegetables) but that didn't last long and I wasn't "sick", just had no taste for it at all.
I never had any. My mom and grandmother didn't either. I think it depends on the individual and each pregnancy.
I never had morning sickness and I understand where you are coming from. I felt fine so that made me question whether or not something was wrong. I am now 36 weeks and am thankful I had no morning sickness. Sometimes pregnancy just agrees with your body. :-)
ENJOY it!
thanks guys! :) Sometimes I feel crazy that I want to be sick but I'm glad I'm not alone. I guess I should just consider myself lucky so far!
I had nausea all the time starting at 6 or 7 weeks, but it didn't ever get bad or to the point of throwing up until 11.5 weeks. I thought I was going to completely go without it and got cocky, but no such luck. It lasted through 16 weeks. Then it was like a flip was switched and it went away overnight. (But was replaced by food aversions. Nothing like going to the huge/carries EVERYTHING grocery store in town and finding NOTHING that sounds good.)
I had horrible morning sickness from 6 wks - 18 wks. You're lucky if you don't get it.
I never had any. And I delivered 4 weeks ago. My dr told me not to worry-the lack of symptoms doesnt mean a "weaker" pregnancy. It just means you're lucky :o)
I have not had any either :) expecting a little girl - week 25 :)

I'm only 6 weeks, I know thats still super early, but anyone else out there not have MS right off the bat or at all even? I keep feeling like I should be having it, and it worries me that I don't yet. I know that sounds dumb, but it'd almost make me feel better to be sick.
