I have three months to go and I have no work-out, healthy habit motivation!! I know my dress depends on it. I know where I need to be and what I need to do, but I can’t pull through and do it like I have in the past! How do I regain motivation to get this thing done and really commit to a healthy diet and workout?
Shouldn’t I be crazy motivated right now? Help!!

@mreck89: 2 months to go for me. I had the same problem, so splurged on a personal trainer. I found someone who does it out of her home, so the price wasn’t as high as a gym. in 4 weeks I was down 2 1/2 inches in my waist and 1 1/2 in my chest (along with down everywhere else too) It’s really helped me keep motivation, because I wouldn’t go to the gym on my own.

My fi signed up to go to the gym with me. He wanted to get back in shape and I needed to lose weight to fit into my dress. So far its usually him dragging my ass to the gym but some days I’ll go by myself.
