So I have searched long and hard, and I can't find a single bride on any blog or any search that wore my dress...Watters Hollywood. I have to assume at least one other person wore/is going to wear it! Anyone else experience this with their dress? Would you rather have a dress no one else has or have one of the more popular for the season? Mine is from Watters Spring 2012 collection.
I have the exact same Issue! Mine is Maggie Sottero - Kristin.
I have seen one other bee post a pic of her trying it on, but in her pic the dress has a shoulder strap which my dress doesn't, so it looks like two different dresses.

I remember one girl on the Bee posted a picture of herself trying on the Odette, but I don't know if she chose it or not.
I actually feel like I tried on a lot of dresses that many other Bees have not. I remember looking up some of the dresses on here to see if I could get pictures of other real brides in them (out of curiosity and for a little comparison) ... And I barely found any of them!
I also haven't seen any real brides wearing my dress on any blogs and/or wedding websites.
I actually do prefer this, though. While it might be nice to see some other girls wearing and loving the same dress, I kind of like knowing that I've chosen something special and unique. I doubt any of our friends or family will ever have seen a dress like it, and that makes me really excited and happy!

I've only seen 2 people actually try on my dress and I searched for a few days. Neither one bought it and no stores had it so I could actually try it on... I ordered it online and I guess I'll have to be the first one ever to actually own it haha :) I have Maggie Sottero Lorelei and I am in love with it. I would prefer to have a dress that doesn't seem to be popular so I can feel special!
I would be that there are quite a few other brides wearing your dress, but who havent gotten it/tried it on yet because it came out such a relatively short time ago. If I find anything Ill post it for you though!
I'm wearing Watters Austin, and I don't really mind that a ton of other brides have worn the same dress. I actually discovered it by seeing other real brides in the dress here on the boards and I thought that they all looked so lovely that I had to try it on!
I havent seen a bride in a while with my dress. I can't say I care what's "popular" or not bc IRL Ive never seen 2 people I know in the same dress. Things may be popular to us bc we are all constantly on wedding websites. Post pics of your dress!

@gelaine22: Here is mine. I think I need to just stop caring what others think and remember it is unique to me. Plus that is one of the reasons I bought it anyways because I hadnt seen anything like it before.

I actually saw the dress I fell in love with on another bee here first and she told me the designer and dress, I tried it on and yup order her :) I am wearing Maggie Sottero Sabelle and I think besides the orginal bee I saw the dress on and maybe only one other bees on here so far I know that was considering it.
@mrs-j-to-be: I think I tried it on but the layers near the waist were not flattering on me. I love it though!
@gelaine22: I'm actually pretty nervous about that! The sample was a bit flat, and of course my actual dress is even worse since it was fresh out of the box when I tried it on, so it never registered as an issue to me until I went to my first fitting and the seamstress made a comment about "fluffing it out". Fingers crossed I still love it though, because there's no turning back now! :)
I searched for 2 years for someone else who had my dress. Never found a single person. I was sad about it for like 5 minutes and then I decided it was awesome to be the only person that ever has or ever will wear that dress now that it's been discontinued. I loved my dress so much too that it didn't matter either way.
mine was also altered for an actual Demetrios runway show too so the bodice was made solid on my dress when the original was see through...
heres the stock photos and only photos I've ever seen of my dress that I didn't take or wasn't in lol.
I haven't found anyone who has my dress - here, on Google images, anywhere. And the weird thing is that it is a David's Bridal dress, so it isn't like it is uncommon. I did find ONE picture of someone trying it on (it isn't what she bought though), and that helped.
I think it's just nice to see the dress on someone else when you are shopping so you can kind of look at it objectively.
I do and I don't like that no one else seems to have my dress (Enzoani Epinal).
While it's great that I don't really have to worry about anyone that I know (hopefully) having it, I'd love to see the dress on some Bees to get some different perspective on the dress!
I can't find a picture of a real bride wearing mine either (Sincerity 3661). But that's okay, because I know what I look like in it!

I've never seen a bride in my same gown - Priscilla of Boston Platinum PL396
although girls have said that we were dress twins but it turns out my dress is fairly simple without the bolero so it looks like a lot of gowns from the front but I have never had an exact match and I'm kind of glad! hehe It makes me feel pretty dang special!
its also a collector's item now because Priscilla of Boston is no longer designing so I'm very excited to keep my gown for possibly my daughter down the line hehehehe
I love your dress! It looks gorgeous on you, and is a little unique which is awesome. Definitely don't worry about what other people think, only worry about what you think and how you feel. What I've learned is not to listen to the negative opinions of strangers, because they might not have the same tastes as you if your taste is at all deviant from the mainstream.
Personally, I love my dress, but got a lot of negative feedback on here about it. Then I realized that the most common type of dress on here is mermaid style and blinged out, which looks great on so many people, but just isn't for me and isn't at all what my dress is. So I decided not to worry about what anyone else thinks, and now I'm happier :)
I dont even know if my dress has a brand. The woman at the bridal shop said that its exclusive to theml, so I guess its their own brand. And the store is only Kentucky based, I'm pretty sure. So I dont think I'll ever find someone with my exact dress.
Same experience here! I bought Alfred Angelo 8501 but I've never seen it on anyone else. I'd love to though so if any other bees have tried it on post pics!
I am IN LOVE with my Casablanca 2116 (Spring 2013 Collection) and I have yet to see another bride with it on!

@NEbride2Be: Me! Mine is Enzoani Gianna (2012). I look at it two ways: Either my dress is so fabulous, that not many were made or no one liked it enough to buy it and take pictures in it. lol
@FutureArmyWife12: If you check out SaBelle on Maggie Sottero's website, there are a few pics of real brides wearing that dress. Also, they feature real brides on Maggie Sottero's Facebook page and I think I do recall some wearing SaBelle, so pretty!! My dress is her Priscilla dress and I think there were a couple ladies on here who wore/are wearing her and some on Maggie's website.
I have seen 3 brides with my dress and the dress is about 3 years old. I do not know what constitutes many or few brides having a similar dress. When you search my gown, you can only like those 3 brides from the bee.
I have never seen my dress on anyone else, including a model! The only photos I have of the dress are either me in it or on a mannequin.
I have a dress that I have only ever seen on the runway model. No one has ever worn it, that I can tell. It is more of a conservative dress vs. a really hot or flattering dress and I think that may be why. It is Amsale.
@NEbride2Be: I love your dress! I was about to link you to your previous post until I realized it was you! I'm still waiting, but the Hollywood is on my list of dresses to try when the time comes. :)
I just bought a Maggie (Montana) and have only seen one other bride with this dress, and she altered it to have sleeves.
I'm a Maggie Sottero Sabelle! I think there's one other Sabelle, but neither of us have pics wearing it!
I can't find my dress anywhere online! I've googled the brand listed on the inside of the dress and can't even find it online. The store I bought it in wouldn't allow pictures, so I don't even have a picture of me wearing the dress yet. It's really frustrating, especially since I am constantly looking at all of these gorgeous pictures of all of you in your dresses or the online pictures of your dresses! I guess I can blow up the wedding board with pics AFTER the wedding....hahaha
I wasn't able to find my dress (Jenny Lee 1213) ANYWHERE other than on one or two models, and was nervous about it before my first fitting because trying it on in the store to buy it, I wasn't sure about how the chest would fit, and really wanted to see it on a "real" person.

I've never seen anyone else in my dress either. Its a Venus Bridal dress from the Angel & Tradition collection. This is when I picked it up. It really has straps but i'm removing them and I have a flower belt that I plan to wear.
