Although I've never been pregnant, I usually have very consistant PMS every month (tender breasts, moodiness, back pain). There have been a handful of times, however, that my PMS never came & my period snuck up on me. The reason for your lack of PMS could simply be hormone fluctuations: Have you been doing anything different than usual this month? (eating, exercise, stress, etc?)
@FutureMrsRugbee: Totally. Thanks for the reassurance. You are right. I have been sick and stressed- so that could defnitely be affecting things. It is just weird for me, but I also had a high fever around O-time.
I don't know definitively what the answer to your question might be, but I do know that for me I didn't have any of my tell-tale uterine cramping before my BFP whereas I get it rain or shine before AF is on the scene.
I've got my fingers crossed that it's a BFP sign for you!
@FutureJessicaMcB: :) I have no tell-tale signs either! So, could be...! The funny thing is- because pregnancy and pms signs are so similar, I have thought I was pregnant before- actually been pretty sure before- but it has always just been AF rearing her head :/ But I really wonder with this "lack of signs." Thanks for the support!

Yes,
Add me to the list of "am I pregnant?" posters!
Has anyone had 'no signs' as a pregnancy sign?
I normally have super sore breasts before my period but this week I have no symptoms at all. It is strange for me.
My cycle is due to start over with AF on Friday, so I know time will tell... just thought I would ask?
