We are having a fairly informal wedding with about 50 guests. The ceremony and reception will all be in the same hall. We also are not going to do a seating plan. I’m wondering, where do you put things like programs, wedding favors etc? We want to have a bit of extra seating so people can move around, so putting them at each spot on the tables isn’t really the best option.

you can have the wedding faavors at the signing table with a sign to take one. The programs maybe you can set them up for guests to take one as they enter? Or just put one on each seat? You might need to have extras, but it shouldn’t be too costly.

You could put the programs on a music stand outside the entrance of the reception, so as the guests enter, they could pick up the programs.

We are also doing a more informal wedding with about that same number of guests. My sisters are handing out the programs when guests arrive (we don’t have a wedding party). We will have favors located near the cake and near the guest book (personalized boxes of “happy marriage” scotchmallows).
