So I'm about two weeks from the wedding, and we find it funny that so many keep asking us if we're nervous and/or stressed.

We are entering marriage after 9 years so it's not like a leap into the unknown or anything. There's also definitely no stress.  Despite only having 4.5 months to plan our wedding, we are uber organized / expert multi-taskers yet laid-back (not going to freak out if there are some hiccups at all so I guess that's why we're not nervous about the details).  I cleared my calendar for the last two weeks leading up to the wedding only to realize we've done pretty much everything we need to do.

Is anyone else feeling pretty relaxed before their wedding?  I mean I'm looking forward to it and I'm excited we're finally getting married and sharing our special day with our family and friends, but it's certainly not taken over my life like I feel like some brides get (i.e. the bridezillas that eat/breathe wedding stuff).. but I'm not anxious at all.

I kind of feel the same way...  People ask me if I'm stressed / imply that I should be spending all of my time planning the wedding, but I really don't know what else I should be doing that would stress me out.  I'm putting it down to the fact that we're having a pretty low-key wedding.Smile

I got married last December and I never had a big freakout.  People asked me all the time if I was stressed, or if I was excited.  I was never that stressed, and as far as excited went it was like, sure, I'm excited, but I am not about to burst at every moment of every day!

Just go with it. :)  You're lucky you're not stressed.

Ha, thanks guy for the words of encouragement... I was starting to feel bad, that people are implying I should be eating/breathing/sleeping wedding stuff. and that's just not me.  Im the anti-bridezilla =)
