Okay, so we've had posts on her about ppl finding that Victoria's Secret isn't the most "supportive" options in underwear and swimwear.

This is going a LITTLE to the extreme, no?: http://www2.victoriassecret.com/commerce/onlineProductDisplay.vs?namespace=productDisplay&origin=onlineProductDisplay.jsp&event=display&prnbr=EH-258344&page=1&cgname=OSSWMBIKZZZ&rfnbr=1232

That's HYSTERICAL!!! I can't believe they even have something like that as a legit bathing suit.

Yikes! I love that it's $68 for what's essentially some string. Where does one wear this to?

Wow... just... wow. If all you need to do to make big bucks is design swimsuits out of string then, why, I'll just get my twine out now....

I can see some people wearing it in countries that have topless beaches (America is way uptight about bare breasts), but I do agree that it would be a peculiar tan line!

Well with the band thing It's really not that bad being that a lot of people wear strapless bikini tops and regular bottoms.

But wow, that would never work on most people.  Eeek.

first, thanks for seering my eyes with that scissors. i don't know who i should be more upset at: john for wearing it or you for unleashing it on the hive! lol

second, apparently they the bikini comes with a detachable bandaeu top. it makes it a bit more easier to handle. but still, definitely not something i have the guts to ever rock!

OK, that's just wrong.  Though it wouldn't be entirely out of place on the beaches of Barcelona (based on what I saw while I was there) . . . I'll be passing if this is the new trend, bandeau or no bandeau.

Hmmm... maybe in Europe??  But I would certainly never have the guts (or the body) to pull that off.

...and @scissors -- really, that John Mayer image is just disturbing ;-)

Um, what's the point?!?!?! LOL. Europeans will buy it! LOL.

But yeah, I was really sad to go through my VS Swim Issue last night and find ZERO swimsuits in their magazine that said "DD" for sizes. Sigh =(

You know, I don't think it'd even be popular here in Europe. Here we rather just do full nudity or no nudity.

I really don't see the point, if you really want to go topless then why not buy a regular bikini and not wear the top???

This would be amazing in southern France.  Last time I was down in Nice I thought I could be hip and cool by just taking my top off, but no, there is a whole entire market sector for "fancy" topless swimsuits.

I could probbly barely wear that swimsuit as a headband.

    Seriously

And oh, that John Mayer pic is PRICELESS!   I got a good laugh from that one -- yet I have this odd feeling I'll be seeing it in a nightmare at some point in the future, LOL!
