I'm not having a theme - and no one has asked me about a theme either - regional thing, maybe?
i don't have a theme. i don't even have colors. i've been to plenty of weddings without a theme, and if it is a theme it's always beach. it's because i live in fl.
no theme just colors and overall feeling. I like seeing weddings with themes but I don't think I could come up with anything.
you do not need a theme, or you can have ten themes rolled into one if that's your style! Don't feel bad...tons of people don't have themes!
I don't remember where I read this before, but I recall some wedding blogger sarcastically saying that the theme of her wedding was "wedding." It seems like sensible advice to me too. Although I don't think having a theme is bad if you're into that either.
I've actually said something similar. Theme of wedding is wedding. FMIL kept bugging my about theme and colors (in a very sweet way, she actually was just asking politely since she is more excited than I am), so I just settled on green and pink because I like trees and peonies, though I have never really liked pink.
It's probably just that "no theme" doesn't sound as interesting of a thread post : )

Nope, no theme. I have a feel I am aiming for, and I use theme-like concepts to describe that, but nothing overt at all.
I am not having a theme and nobody has really asked - I have a feel but no theme!
I have a vision that I am going for but no theme. I started with a vintage garden theme but I took it too far and started to not like it. That's what I get for starting a year before the wedding!
I don't have a theme either, heck right now I don't even have a color picked out!

I feel like Im the only person not having a theme. I feel like theyre kind of silly. But every time someone asks me my colors they also ask me whats my theme. Ummm my theme is getting married to the love of my life? My theme is having fun? Is anyone else NOT having a theme!?
