We are not doing a wedding website either. We have an online business and have a web designer on staff so it would be pretty easy for us to create one if necessary. But I feel like whenever my friends put up a website for their wedding I only look at the website once to check out their pictures and I never go back again. Another reason is we are only having a very small wedding with close friends and family so if they have any questions they can just call us :)
No website for us either!
Partly because of privacy concerns, partly because I'm lazy!
We're not doing them either! My FI HATES them and thinks they can get a little over-the-top. I also just don't like the idea of people going to a website for the information-I would rather have them just call me.
We didn't do them. While I think it's cool to have them if you have the time, but I think it's a lot of work for very little return on interest. For the friends that have done them, I would look at it once and that's it. I briefly enjoyed their web sites but it does nothing for the actual wedding day.
I did a Knot one just for the hotel and travel information for our guests. I couldn't justify spending any money on it - I'm spending way too much as it is!

I was actually soooo happy to see southernbella's comment that she is not using a wedding website. After spending probably too much time thinking about the issue, and reading comments from a couple of bees about how little they felt people used their websites, I have finally decided that I don't have the time or inclination to assemble one. Also I'm not sure our guests, who tend to be older (family members) and not big internet users, or around our age and pretty busy with work and kids, would visit more than maybe once.
I guess I still feel like I'm somehow slacking - so in order to boost my morale - are any of the rest of you NOT having a website? And what influenced your decision to not do a website?
