So I am totally addicted to pinterest, and have sporadically been doing a workout that I found on there. I thought I was seeing results but I wasnt sure. However my mom commented on how awesome my arms were looking, and my dress maker said the same thing at my fitting this am.

@Mrscdnnavywife: Thanks for sharing!! 🙂 I’ll definitely give it a try! How long were you doing it before you saw any results? I’m trying to keep up with a running regimine, but some days its hard to go (because of crazy work hours) and I’ve been wondering what I can do to get my arms toned up. Thanks!

Probabaly a week of doing it every other day, however I was super upset because i did some serious damage to my knee so I stopped for a while. I see results when i do it, It’s actually kind of fun( as far as workout videos go)

Nice, thanks! I’ve been doing Insanity but it doesn’t have quite as much arm strength stuff as I’d like, so this is perfect.

@Mrscdnnavywife: That’s awesome! I’ve tried that workout before… it’s deceptively hard. I can never get through it without cheating a bit and FI always laughs at me when I do it & cheat because he thinks it looks “easy” compared to the dumbbells he lifts. Glad to hear you’re seeing results…I will start doing it again more regularly!

I’ve got 10 months to go and I need to start working on my arms. Thanks for sharing! Although, I bet I’ll look ridicusilly doing it 🙂

I just did it! I have rotator cuff issues so I’ve been laying off the weights, this was fun.
Do you mostly feel it in your traps though?

@McBezel: I know, it’s quite deceptive. The first time I saw it I thought It was a joke. By about minute 4 I was regretting thinking it was so easy.
