I'm allergic to milk and eggs. I'm trying to find a shake that can help me lose weight and replace a meal.

Do you know of any? I'm going to research, but thought you bees might know of something!!!!

What about soy milk?  I've been making a soy protein shake in the morning- low fat vanilla soy milk, Kashi soy protein powder from TraderJoe's, blueberries, raspberries, and pinapple (all frozen from TJ).  Delicious and it keeps me pretty full!

Isagenix. It actually tastes good! Kinda pricey though. I switched to Naturade Vanilla Soy from Sam's Club. a HUGE amount for $15. Not 100% sure if it's dairy free though.

Honesty though, for these 300 calorie shakes, I got so tired of not physicall putting food in my mouth. I much more enjoy my kashi waffles with butter and sugar free syrup (250 cal's) than the 300 cal shake, and the waffles hold me over longer!

There is definitely dairy free protein powder.  There are lots of brands.  Ask at your local Whole Foods or health food store.

I don't drink regular milk at all since I switched to Silk a few years ago. I use it in everything, cereal, coffee, tea, baking. And even the light Silk has 6g of protein per serving.

From my experience, everytime I try to eat stuff with soy or drink soy milk for a couple weeks time to try to lose weight, I usually end up gaining weight so I just dropped that from my diet.

The best source of protein from a powder is actually Protein Whey.  Most protein whey powders are lactose free.  I'm on my 5th week and its been working out great for me.   I would suggest eating it with real food and avoid using it as a "meal replacement" drink.
