Money.

HA! Money is the reason WHY we decided to elope in the first place. We couldn't afford a big wedding ... yada yada yada. When we decided to elope, I wanted to push it up to NEXT MONTH (eek!) because, "I'm not waiting months to just get married in a courthouse!"

Emotional decisions. I've made them my entire life and never seem to learn.

And so, here we are, 22 days from our wedding and both of us are without wedding bands. The company I'm ordering mine through is closed until Feb 3rd for the Chinese New Year. This company has the best price ($200 less than any other companies!). Talk about cutting it close. I've told FI that I'm 100% ok with getting married with only my e-ring if it comes down to it. In the end, I just want to be married.

Our honeymoon went from a week long holiday to only 4 days to help cut costs.

I'm really wanting a new bikini for our honeymoon ... we're going to the same resort we were at just 5 months ago and I thought a new bikini would be a good way to help tell the difference between the two trips in photos in the future. No bikini. No new cover-up or fancy Rx sunglasses. My old bikini (5 months old ... seriously no big deal!) and ray bans will have to do. ;)

I'm DIYing my own glitter shoes because I don't want to spend the money on new ones.

@MrsElopement:  yes! I ordered a dress & it came in! Sadly, it's too big :( AND it doesn't come in a smaller size. Sooo I'm going in this weekenveto see if it can be altered. If not, I'll return it & order something else. :/ crunch time!!! :)
