I was making my list for the DJ and I realized that I forgot to choose a $ dance song... ooops! I don't want it to be lovey because I think it's awkward to dance with uncles and friends to a mushy song. Also, I'd like it to be slow and I don't want any references to money..

    Any ideas?

I don't know the exact lyrics, but what about "What a Wonderful World" by Louis Armstrong? Or a Beatles song? They have lots of good ones that are on the slower side or "Ob la Di"

Thanks for your reply goldilocks :)

What a wonderful world is actually going to be our first dance song, but I LOVE anything and everything Beatles. I already have 2 Beatles songs in the wedding I might as well add one more :) Thanks!

It's hard because so many slow songs are about love!

I second Goldilocks recommendations. Wonderful World is a great tune and doesn't have any love/mushy references in it.

I would however love to see a slow version of Poker Face :)

PS. Congrats on your Wedding this weekend (eaak)!!

We actually didn't pick songs for our money dance, we just told our band to play whatever they usually play and it all worked out in the end :)
