I know this is a strange question, but does anyone have any “non-religious” ceremony readings that are from religious texts (i.e. Bible). FI and I are looking for a reading that will placate our families by “being religious”, but something that we (agnostic atheists) can also agree with. Something along the lines of “Love is patient, love is kind…” (We don’t want something that popular.)
I’m planning on reading through the Bible I have, but I didn’t know if anyone had any suggestions before I dig in.
