Not quite the Rolling Stones, but we used an acoustic cover of Staind's "Zoe Jane" for our combined father-daughter/mother-son dance.
How about "sweet child of mine" by Guns N' Roses? It's sappy for me since my dad and I dance to it all the time, but it is pretty awesome.

I've had a really hard time nailing down a non sappy a bit of rock n roll father/daughter dance song. My dad and I both love the Rolling Stones and I found their cover of the That's How Strong My Love Is. I really like it, but are there any other a bit rock n roll father daughter dance songs out there?
