So I'm stumped on what to do to decorate my head table. My plans for the reception are pretty basic so far, ivory table linens with gold table runners on round tables with all white flowers.
My location sets up the head table as a line of long tables (to seat 14 of us! yikes!)...they usually put it up against the wall and everyone in my town does the tull stuff behind the table....This will cost $500-1000 cuz they hang in on pillars. I hate the thought of spending that on something I don't even like. I could also do the loops of fabric in front of the tables but again its so cliche!
Any one have original ideas to decorate a long head table? Or should I just keep it simple and just have the ivory linens with a long gold runner and the bridesmaid bouquets in vases?
