First timer! My fiance and I are starting to look for invitations. I had not placed a priority on these, as most times they get stuck on the fridge and then tossed after the date comes and goes. My FI does not agree! He wants something “interactive.” What?! What does that mean?? His first thought: a cassette (old school) or CD that guests have to play. I had so many questions: Who still has cassette players to listen to them…..what would they say to guests?? He didn’t have answers. His next idea: bottles of wine, with the label being the invitation. How, as amazing as this idea is, we have over 250 guests. This cost for wine alone would be crazy. And then there is the shipping, which I found out is illegal for me as I am not a licensed alcohol seller. So now what? Any ideas?! I have found great things online, such as the couple that created a video game, where the guests had to beat the game to find out the wedding info. Very fun, but do I have to supply the game system? Plus, I don’t know how to program a video game! Help!
