@MabelleBliss:  Oh no! I’m sorry this happened to you! This happened to me with Zales also… there was a ring I really, realllly wanted and within an hour it didn’t exist anymore! GRRR they do that a lot for some reason. I would call and find out.. one of the stores might have one left before they discontinued/sold out of it.

Therebis a good possibility that you can still find it in a store and if not that specific one a nother store should ship it to them that’s what my store did if we don’t have it anymore and sometimes item numbers just don’t work correctly things that were there dissapeare as well as price we did carry did not exist according to our website  if it says ” item not found” instead of item out of stock it’s prob a website error sodouble check in a store bring a picture and that number and they should be able to search within stores I have had items from stores half way across the country  because it was a discontinued items that one just happen to be out there so if you want it make a fit in the store they will try there hardest to get it for you

I don’t have any advice, but just wanted to say that is one gorgeous ring and I hope you can find it somehow!

I would take the picture of the ring to a local jeweler and have them custom make it. A good jeweler shouldn’t have a problem making it. Just go to a few places before you settle on one because while some will make it pretty close to cost (as in it would cost you the same thing if they already made the ring in their shop and they aren’t charging extra just because its custom) others charge extra for custom. Also some will want to use higher quality stones than others which will affect the price and quality of the overall ring.

Go to your local zales store with the picture and the sku number.  I go to Jared’s and they are able to order things for me that are no longer on their website.  My RHR was removed from the website but they were still able to get it in a month later.  Oh also, the chain stores tend to remove items from their website just to place them back on weeks later.

I was going to suggest what a bunch of other PPs have suggested. Instead of buying at Zales, bring the picture to a local custom jeweler or etsy seller and see if they can make it for you. Most likely, you’ll get a higher quality stone/ring for the same as what you would have paid at zales (or any mall store) or you can pay less for the same quality as what you would have gotten at zales.

Oh that really sucks!  That’s a gorgeous ring.  I would call Zales and see if they can locate one at any of their stores.  There’s a good chance at least one of the stores still has it in their cases.

That ring is beautiful. I agree with going custom with a local jeweler or etsy.

Good luck!
