Hi all ---

Just booked at Paradise Ridge Winery and am so sososososo excited. I don't think I can really tell you how excited I really am -- it's not describable.  I have waited over 2 months for this!  Anywow, I need to know find a caterer... and am looking for some advice.  If anyone has worked with/heard about these vendors I would love advice.  Also, we can buy out the recommended vendors for $500 ... so if you know of someone who is not in this list, it would also benefit us to know.
