Weddingbee boards

I haven't even been engaged for a full week yet, and I'm already stressing about finding a venue! I'm hoping you ladies might be able to offer some advice.

FI and I are both relatively recent northeast Georgia transplants and, ideally, we'd like to get married close to home (White, Habersham, Stephens, Franklin, or Hart counties). I'm guessing our guestlist will be in the 50-100 range, and our total budget (including dress, rings -- everything but the honeymoon) will be under $10k. We'd also like to hold the ceremony and reception in the same location if possible. And while given Georgia's crazy weather, we'll need an attractive indoor option, I'd prefer the ceremony to be outside. We're open to any Saturday or Sunday between June and October, but we'll need a firm date quickly as most of our guests will be flying in from out-of-state.

Any idea of venues we should look into? Does this even sound do-able with such a tight budget?
