@kolsen206: I agree, the dress is beautiful, the bow is MEH, Are you going all white? If not I would suggest a bow with a punch of color. 🙂

I personally love the bow, it gives the dress a little more personality. But it’s a beautiful dress regardless!

I personally like the bow 🙂 BUT, I think some flowers would look super cute!! Especially for a summer wedding. The dress looks GREAT on you!

you can put a crystal sash there.. that way it wont be protruding out and will lay flat but still add sparkle…

I like it without the bow. If you remove it, I am fairly certain they would be able to add it to a pin or reattach it if you decide it looks to plain.

I vote for a cystal sash. I added a black sash with tons of bling to my wedding gown so I may be a little biased.

If you’re anything like me…that bow will bug the crap out of you until you do something about it. Some people just aren’t meant for bows. You could easily take that off and replace that with a sash, an applique, a beaded trim around the waist…possibilities are endless! If you doubt it, do something about it. (I think that’s my new wedding motto…. Smile)

I agree, I’m not a bow girl.  The dress itself, however, is fantastic.  I love the simplicity of the waistline, and for that reason I personally wouldn’t add a sash.  I would probably put a crystal brooch or pin of some kind where the bow is though.  Just to give it a little punch 🙂  Pretty stuff!

I love, love, love the dress, and i the first picture where you are covering the bow, I thought i would like it with – however the bow I feel is too big and overpowering. I am a big fan of fabric flowers, and think one at least a half a size smaller than the bow would look gorgeous. You can get one with or without “bling” I attached an idea….

I like the idea to replace it with something a bit more blingy.  Like a crystal sash or pin or something.  I’m not a huge fan of the bow as is.  But I think the dress needs something.

What about some kind of flower or brooch in place of the bow?

I dont know what your colors are, but if you’re looking for a little ‘ooph’ you might try a colored crystal brooch?  I just found this guy, and it works for my colors… I freaking love it (but wont be offended if you hate it!)

i like the idea of a bow…but im not crazy about that one.  i think like a sash tied into a bow in the same material as the dress would be adorable
