My daughter was searching for a prom dress online and came across this TBDress.com website. We took her measurements and ordered her prom dress on 2/16/12 and payment was approved on 2/17/12. As of today 4/18/12 we have not received the dress. I have called the company and was told ‘it will ship out next week on 4/4/12’. That day came and went and now two weeks later we still don’t have the dress! I sent them an email stating that I wanted the dress shipped this week or a full refund (250.00).
Their response to me today…

We fell so sorry ,we have contacted our factory just now ,they told us that the dress will be finished ,after it was finished ,we will ship it out immediatley by expedited shipping .
Also we will give a part of discount to compensate the inconveniences we’ve caused to you , which will be sent to your paypal account directly later on.
What’s more, for your further orders, we’ll give you more discount and put your order in the top priority list. We’ll do our best to compensate the inconveniences we’ve caused to you. Your kind understanding will be greatly appreciated.

I too now wish that I had found this website before placing my order. For the one lady who got her dress and it fit good…I do believe you are the exception and not the rule for this company. My only wish is that there was someway to flag this website for the horrible customer service and products they provide BEFORE orders are made.
My daughters prom is 5/5/12…guess it’s off to the stores to find a another dress while fighting to get my money back on this one!
