@Barbiestylez:  You’re gorgeous no matter what, but I definitely agree that this isn’t the look for you. The eyeshadow is uneven as well. Go find yourself a drag queen, honey!

@Barbiestylez:  Your eyes look a little too ‘dollish’ imo, unless that is the look you are going for?

The shadow looks good but your eyes need more definition. Did she use all one piece for the eyelashes or singles? That might help. &stronger liner on the bottom?

    You still look freaking gorgeous!

You look beautiful and I saw nothing wrong until you mentioned and changed it. Did you not address your disappointment in the trial and give them a chance to change it?

I think it looks great.  What are you not happy with about your eyes?  The colours she used or the way she shaded?  Either way, while I’m sure everyone who comments will tell you you look beautiful, if you’re not happy with it then you need to either speak up to your MUA or find a new one.  I had a make up trial for my engagement photos and I wasn’t at all happy with it either, even though my friends told me I looked gorgeous and they loved it… I found a new MUA and loved her work so much more.  Trust your gut

@Barbiestylez:  The eyeliner is a little too heavy imo.  Also, I would go with a slightly less shiney lip (it flashes out the color in photos) and definitely a darker shade of lipstick.  You also need a bit more blush to add definition to your cheek bones, otherwise they tend to get lost against your skin.  As for the eyebrows, it’s difficult when you’re blonde because if you do too much it looks fake but too little and you have no brows.  I would most likely suggest using an entirely different MUA or practicing so you can do your own makeup.

I love your eyes, but they are heavy if that’s not what you’re going for. Your eyebrows could use a darker powder/pencil, I think (but I love a heavy brow). I think you need something darker and pinker (like a petal pink) and way less glossy for the lip – but I’m not a huge fan of the high-gloss lip for a bride (too messy for the first kiss!).

The eyeliner is a bit heavy handed and the brows look off to me but that can be easily solved.

I really like the concept of it, but I think if you went with a little bit of a darker gold on the lid and a rose/purple brown on the outer v it’d make your eyes pop alot more. As for your eyebrows, maybe try and have them tinted, that may help. But I LOVE the liner and lashes. It’s still a flawless look on you!

I think you look beautiful! Since you still have a few months before the wedding, maybe you can look for another MUA if you are realy unhappy with the results and would like to try something different to compare?

Gosh, you’re gorgeous!  What’s really bugging me is the uneven eyeshadow.  It’s very obvious.  She also did not do that great of a job with your brows.  Love the lashes and the eyeliner.  I also like the lipcolor you are wearing.

I think its great going out makeup but a bit stripperish for a wedding.

@Barbiestylez:  you’ve got good bone structure and she did nothing to play that up.  It looks like she just put makeup on your face as opposed to used makeup to highlight your assets.

Eek, I agree! This would be okay for day to day wear, but too many mistakes for a wedding.

I’d address the eyebrows, like you said. The eyeshadow is uneven, and I cant tell if thats throwing me off, or if the lashes are also uneven. I’d pop a bit of color on your cheeks. And definitely a darker lip color.

I also agree with s2bmrscook, find a drag queen!
