Not measured correctly?

Questions for you:

Do you know what size the sample was that you tried on? How did it fit? Were your measurements not on the contract you signed when you purchased the dress?  Did you see what the numbers were when the salesperson measured you?  Did those numbers look right to you? Have you checked your contract for that information? Also, did you see the size chart when they were writing up the order?  If someone told me that the correct dress size was 3 sizes smaller than I thought I would wear, I would have asked to see each of the specific measurements to make sure they looked right and compared them to the designer’s size chart. In any case, if you’re concerned, I’d contact the store and get the information on the measurements they had for you.  If they’re incorrect, it’s better to start working that out with the store now than waiting until the dress comes in.
