I understand how you feel. There are days in which everything seems unbearable!

The hot is the worst thing ever! I hate sweating at night, and not being able to sleep because of that.

Since I don’t have any experience about most of your issues, the only thing I can tell you is to tell your FI how you are feeling and the reasons behind that. Men have a difficult time understanding our feelings, so it is better to let them know exactly what is worrying us.

I’m sure tomorrow you’ll see things from another perspective!

@jadlnc:  I totally get how you’re feeling, but after the mini vacay from life, the problems will be right there waiting for you when you get back home.

First, talk to your FI again and tell him what you just told us. Maybe you guys can come up with a chore chart so you have equal responsibility in the household. I would also try to take a walk every night for 15-30 minutes just to unwind and think or do meditation or go to a quiet room.

By the way, night sweats suck, so I hope you have a fan or something. You can buy little ones that clip onto the bed frame or night stand or just a stand alone fan. No fun.

@jadlnc:  This guided meditation is free and might help you relax a bit. I haven’t tried this specific one, but I have one that I play for myself at home and it’s nice. 🙂
