Help please! My fiance and I set up a free wedding website through the Knot. We tested it just before sending out our invitations (which asked guests to RSVP online; we didn't send RSVP cards) last week and it worked fine. But now, it's been about 6 days since we sent the invitations and we've heard that people responded and we haven't gotten a single email. Our new tests did not go through. We are desperate!!!! We really don't want to have to call 50+ families and check if they're attending.
The worst part is that the Knot's website is AWFUL and it's virtually impossible to get a human on the phone or email. We used the Knot on the recommendation of my fiance's friends but I am so regretting it.
Anyway, please, if you have any recommendations for how we can amend this and/or get direct help from the Knot folks, please let me know! Thanks.
