Hi ladies :)

Well...the FIANCE (!) has the ring info at his place and he is at the hospital right now working the lovely 7pm-7am shift...and I have a question about my ring. 

Does anyone know about Jared's policy on pretty much just asking for a new platinum head? I noticed on Sunday that there was a HUGE scratch on one of the prongs and a dent in the bottom of the head where it connects to the ring. They buffed it out pretty well, but it's still there because my picky eyes notice it. I don't want to go back to my local Jared because, well, I'm not totally satisfied with their workmanship. I think something this valuable/meaningful/brand new should be *perfect* - no questions asked. And...FYI...we do have insurance on it. I'm willing to drive half an hour to the other location. 

I just don't want to be "that girl" who has such an issue with being unhappy with her ring. Don't get me wrong -- I'M NOT "UNHAPPY" per-se but like I said, this baby should be perfect, shouldn't it?

He is an emergency room tech as well. I don't think he could ever get more attractive to me...some days he comes home in his fire uniform, other days in his ER uniform....*drools* LOL
